No. Everything is automated. The main function merchants have is to website within their Control Panel. Everything else will be automated. If you still have problems, we are willing to do the setup as well at no cost.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard for instant online sales.

There is no sign-up fee. No hidden charges.

Yes, we have XML API interface. You may find API documentations on main page of your account.

06.Do you have transaction limits?
You can charge any amount you want, as long as it is more than $4.95 and less than $599.95.

07.How can I accept crypto payments?
Your GSPAY payment form is enabled with cryptocurrency payments by Bitcoin and Ethereum. Payments credit in your account by USD or EUR. You take no risk of cryptocurrency volatility.

08.Do you have a Holdback fund?
A security deposit is required for all accounts. Currently we deduct 5-10% (depends on business type) for holdback fund. Holdback fund returned to you within 6 months.

09.May I get my own descriptor?
Yes, for big turnover merchants GSPAY setup your own descriptor with domain and phone number which customers will see in their bank statements. There would be setup fee, you may pay it from your first sales.

10.What currencies you support?
We can accept transactions in USD, EURO. Transactions in cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH.

12.How can I dispute a chargeback?
The so-called chargeback representment process has been significantly automated by GSPAY and you can find it in your account. All you need to do is to provide the evidence. In case you win the chargeback dispute, the funds will be returned to your account.

13.How can I integrate GSPAY?
You can choose to our API, HTTP Form or use GSPAY Plugins for shopping cart system. Please refer to main page of account for documentations.
